We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For weddings, corporate events, and larger celebrations, booking 1–3 months ahead is recommended. Last-minute bookings may be available based on our schedule.

Every package includes everything needed for a beautiful bouquet-building experience. Depending on the package you choose, this may include fresh flowers, our signature tiered flower display, bouquet bags, floral shears, premium wraps, custom signage, setup, breakdown, and a floral attendant.

Yes! HER Bloom N' Bar is based in Charlotte, NC and proudly serves the surrounding areas. Delivery and travel fees may apply depending on your event location.

Booking is simple! Select your desired experience, complete our booking form, and submit the required non-refundable deposit. Once your deposit is received, your event date will be officially reserved, and we'll begin planning your luxury floral experience.
